Do you offer Wi-Fi for guests?
Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi is included with every booking at no extra cost.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes — we offer free, convenient on-site parking for you and your guests.
How are your room rates charged?
Our rates are hourly — $30/hour for the Virtual Office and $40/hour for the Meeting & Event Room.
Is a deposit required when I book?
Yes — a $50 fully refundable cleaning/damage deposit is collected at the time of reservation. It’s refunded the next business day as long as the space is left in good condition.
How many people can the space hold?
The building holds up to 40 guests total. The meeting room comfortably accommodates up to 30 people depending on layout and tables needed.
Do I get extra time to set up or clean up?
We recommend reserving at least one extra hour to allow time for setup and cleanup, as access is limited to your reserved timeframe.
Can I bring in food or outside catering?
Yes — food and catering are welcome. Please make sure all trash is removed and placed in the outside bin afterward.
Is alcohol allowed for private events?
Yes — alcohol is permitted with a signed liability waiver, and responsible monitoring of guests is required.
When is payment due?
Payment and deposit are required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit card only.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 12 hours prior to your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours will result in loss of deposit.
Can I decorate the room for my event or class?
Yes — decorations are welcome as long as they don’t damage walls, paint, or flooring. Share your decor plans in advance for quick approval.
Do you provide any computers or presentation equipment?
We provide a TV and whiteboard only. Please bring any laptops, projectors, or additional tech you need.
What if I need extra power outlets?
Easy — tell us ahead of time and we’ll provide additional power strips.
Do you offer drinks or light refreshments?
Yes — we can provide water, coffee, soda, and light snacks for $5 per person with advance notice.
What is included with the Virtual Office?
Access to a printer, phone, paper shredder, pens, and paper. Please bring your own computer or devices.
Can I book the same time every week?
Yes — recurring weekly bookings are welcome, and discounted rates are available for frequent users.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else if needed?
Yes — just let us know ahead of time and we’ll update the reservation details.
Can I host painting or crafting classes?
Absolutely — we love creative classes. We’ll provide a protective tarp for the floor. This must be used to avoid loss of deposit.
Are glue guns or heated craft tools allowed?
Yes — they’re allowed with a signed liability waiver.
Do you currently allow livestreaming or content creation?
Not just yet — but content creation capabilities are coming soon!
Can I schedule a walkthrough before booking?
Yes — we’re happy to schedule a walkthrough by appointment so you can see the space in person.
